Description

This is an early 19th-century stucco-faced house located on Cliff Terrace in Budleigh Salterton. It has a slate hipped roof with small brackets to the eaves soffit. The facade features incised giant corner pilasters. The property is two storeys high with an attic, arranged in three bays. It has sash windows with glazing bars and margin panes. The ground floor features French windows, and there is a central round-headed niche. A single hipped dormer is located centrally on the roof. A side entrance is accessed via a wooden trellis porch.
