Description
This is an early 19th-century stucco house located on Trewartha Terrace in Penzance. The house has a slate hipped roof with wide eaves, and a string course with scribed end pilasters. It is two storeys high with a basement, and features three windows on the front elevation. These windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within recessed architraves. There is also a side entrance.
