Description

Sunnyside comprises two early 19th century houses located on Budleigh Salterton Cliff Terrace. Number 1 is a stuccoed house with a slate roof featuring gabled ends. It is two storeys high and has three bays. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and the ground floor windows have louvred shutters. There is a side entrance, and rendered chimney stacks are positioned at each end of the building. Number 2 adjoins the west side of Number 1 and also dates from the early 19th century. It has a slate, hipped roof at a lower level and is two storeys high with three bays, featuring sash windows with glazing bars. The right-hand side of Number 2 includes a two-storey canted bay window.
