Description

This is an early 19th century house located on West Hill in Budleigh Salterton. The house is stuccoed and has a bitumenised slate hipped roof with small paired brackets to the eaves soffit. It features giant angle pilasters with incised volute capitals. The house is two storeys high with three bays. It has sash windows with glazing bars, keyblocks, and small cill brackets. A central porch has a bay pattern, a reeded frieze, and open sides with inset iron circles. The porch has a glazed door with lattice panes. One window is set back to the left-hand end of the building.
