Description

Prospect House is an early 19th-century stuccoed house situated on a hillside that overlooks the town of Budleigh Salterton. It features a slate roof with stepped and pedimented gable ends, along with a parapet, cornice, and corner pilasters. The building has two storeys, a basement, and an attic, and is composed of three bays. The sash windows include glazing bars, with the centre window on the first floor being smaller and equipped with louvred shutters. On the ground floor, there is a round-arched niche in the centre that holds an urn. Additionally, there is one hipped dormer located at the centre of the roof.
