Description

BUDLEIGH SALTERTON UPPER WEST TERRACE 1. 5176 Prospect House SY 0682 SY 0681 1/25 II GV 2. Early C19 stuccoed house built on hillside overlooking the town. Slate roof with stepped and pedimented gable ends. Parapet, cornice and corner pilasters. Two storeys, basement and attic. Three bays. Sash windows with glazing bars, first flor centre window smaller and with louvred shutters. Centre ground floor round arched niche with urn. One hipped dormer at centre.
