Description

BUDLEIGH SALTERTON RILL LANE 1. 5176 (off Fore Street Hill) Pear Tree Cottage SY 0682 SY 0681 1/23 II GV 2. Early C19 stuccoed house. Slate roof with gabled ends and oversailing eaves. Two storeys. Three bays. Left and right two storey segmental bay windows with three-light bowed sashes complete with glazing bars. Centre first floor sash with glazing bars. Central doorway with Tuscan half columns and entablature, semi-circular arch with fanlight and flush panelled reveals and door. Verandah on east end with tented roof on thin iron columns.
