Description
The greenhouse and rear garden walls to the east of Greenhill are a lean-to structure dating from around 1800. The wooden greenhouse is glazed and sits on a brick plinth, attached to a brick garden wall that faces south in garden wall bond. It features three tripartite hornless sash windows with a configuration of 4:12:4 panes, along with a glazed door. There is a 16-pane hornless sash window at each end of the greenhouse. The south side has panelled pilaster quoins. The lean-to roof is also glazed. The brick garden walls are approximately 4 metres high and fully enclose the garden. Within the garden, there are some mature trees, including a wisteria, which may be roughly contemporary with both the greenhouse and the house.
