5/8 Greenhouse and rear garden walls to the east of Greenhill

GV II

Lean-to greenhouse and associated garden walls. Circa 1800. Wooden structure, glazed, on brick plinth, abutting brick garden wall to Greenhill and facing south in garden wall bond. 3 tripartite hornless sash windows, 4:12:4 panes, and a door, glazed above, face south, with a 16-pane hornless sash window to either end. Panelled pilaster quoins to south only. Lean-to roof also glazed. The brick garden walls, standing about 4 metres high survive complete and enclose the entire garden. The garden contains some mature trees (e.g. a wisteria) that could be roughly contemporary with the greenhouse and house.
