Description

No 35 Queen Street is an early 19th-century house with shop premises. The building features a stuccoed exterior and a slate hipped roof. It has corner pilasters that are rusticated at the base and adorned with a key pattern above. The house is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The first floor has sash windows with glazing bars, while the ground floor has a modern shopfront. To the right, there is a two-storey, one-bay recess. The left-hand return facing South Square has a two-bay elevation with similar corner pilasters, sash windows with glazing bars, and a central pilastered doorcase with a rectangular fanlight.
