Description

This is a commemorative fountain built in 1863. It is made of cast iron and features a square pedestal on a stone plinth, topped with a lamp standard. The sides of the pedestal display the Prince of Wales feathers and an inscription indicating that it was erected using surplus funds collected by the "patriotic" Protestants of Colyton to commemorate the wedding of the Prince of Wales.
