Description

This is a former hotel located on the east side of Fore Street in Seaton. The building dates to the early 19th century. It is a large, plain stuccoed building with a parapet and stepped gable ends. The building is three storeys high and has four bays. It features sash windows with glazing bars. A panelled door with a rectangular fanlight is located to the left of centre, and is sheltered by an entablature hood supported on later piers. Round-headed sash windows with intersecting glazing bars are found in the gable ends.
