Description
Loughwood is a house dating from around the 17th century or earlier, constructed from stone rubble. It has an L-shaped plan and features a thatched roof with gabled ends. The building is two storeys high and includes ranges of three and four light windows, although these have been replaced with modern casements. The original ridge and end chimney stacks have been rebuilt. Additionally, there is a large modern two-storey porch that also has a thatched roof.
