SY 29 NE KILMINGTON THE STREET 10/345 Spout Hill GV II

House. Circa C17 or earlier stone rubble with roughcast front. Thatched roof with half hipped and gabled ends. Two storeys. Three window front. Three light casements. Plank door off centre with C20 thatched wooden porch. Rebuilt brick chimney stack at gable end. Later single storey lean-to on right hand (east). C20 rendered wing at rear with thatched roof. Interior not inspected.
