Description

Spout Hill is a house dating from around the 17th century or earlier, built of stone rubble with a roughcast front. It features a thatched roof with half-hipped and gabled ends and stands two storeys high. The front has three windows, which are three-light casements. There is an off-centre plank door that is sheltered by a 20th-century thatched wooden porch. A rebuilt brick chimney stack is located at the gable end. To the right (east) is a later single-storey lean-to, and at the rear, there is a 20th-century rendered wing with a thatched roof. The interior has not been inspected.
