Description
This building is an outbuilding located to the north of, and attached to, College Farmhouse. It dates from the 16th to 17th century and is constructed of limestone rubble with a stone slate roof. The structure is one storey high with an attic and consists of three bays. It features 20th-century doors and timber windows, and there is a large stone stack in the center bay. A 20th-century staircase leads to the attic room, which has a dormer on the south side. Inside, the fireplace includes a heavy timber fire lintel and a brick oven that has replaced an earlier oven.
