The granary, now used as a store, was formerly part of College Farm and dates back to 1754. It is constructed of diaper brick and features a stone tiled roof. The building is one storey high and is raised on 12 square brick piers, with segmental arches that spring from capstones. It has two-light segmental headed windows that include stone keystones. There is a door located in the south gable, and the roof is quarter hipped at both ends.
