Detached cottage and cartshed, now one house. Late C17 and mid C19. Dressed limestone, tiled roof with rendered brick stack to left and coped verges. Two-storey, 2-window; casements. Tudor- arched moulded door surround with hoodmould and planked door with strap hinges to right of centre, to left is 3-light diamond-leaded casement in hollow-chamfered surround with hoodmould, to right is 2-light similar casement in hollow-chamfered surround with hoodmould. First floor has two diamond leaded casements in hollow- chamfered surrounds, diagonal buttress to right corner, pilaster to left with relief-carved date 1450. Attached to left is C19 single storey former cartshed with C20 central door with transom light, cast-iron latticed 2-light casement left and right, roof hipped to left. Right return has fixed leaded window to ground floor. C20 lean-to extensions to rear. Interior has chamfered beam.
