It is constructed from dressed limestone and features a tiled roof with coped verges and a stone and brick stack on the right side. The building is two stories high and has two windows with casements. The central entrance is a planked door set in an elliptically-headed chamfered stone surround, flanked by two 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned casements. On the first floor, there are two 3-light mullioned casements. The right side of the cottage has a planked door, a blocked chamfered light on the first floor, and a single leaded light in a chamfered surround at the attic level. At the rear, there is a 19th-century lean-to extension with a tiled roof and two 2-light mullioned casements on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
