Description

Tree Cottage is a cottage that likely dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a thatched roof. The building stands two storeys high and has two bays. Inside, there is a heated living hall with a gable stack and an inner room. The entrance to the inner room is through a boarded door. The upper floor has leaded 2-light windows that are arched into the thatch. To the left and rear, there is a single-storey extension with a hipped roof and a large window facing south. A brick stack is also present.
