Description

No 20 is a house in a row, which was once an inn known as The Bleeding Horse. It likely dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of whitewashed brick with a thatched roof. The building has two storeys and features two bays. A near-central boarded door with a glazed panel is set within a simple gabled porch. The ground floor has 19th-century timber casement windows that are irregularly spaced, with timber lintels above the openings. There is a stack on the left gable that abuts the adjoining house. Additionally, there is a single storey and attic rear wing to the left bay, which includes a brick stack.
