Description

ROWDE HIGH STREET ST 9762 11/247 Hiscock monument in churchyard about 19m south-east of chancel of Church of St Matthew GV II Chest tomb, early C19, ashlar with 2 plaques each side divided by paired husk drops and with fluted angle piers with centre rosette and incised squares at head and foot. Moulded base and cornice with fluted frieze broken forward over plaques. Inscription to John Hiscock.
