  1. Dated 1873. 3 storeys, ornate bank with 4 window front in ashlar. Ground floor has vermiculated linth and divided in 4 by vermiculated piers between windows and entrance. Caernarvon-type arch heads to windows, stilted segmental arch to entrance. Modillion cornice supporting banded colonnettes of 1st floor window aedicules. 1st floor framed by horizontal grooved pilasters with floral caps. Moulded cornice as cill band to 2nd floor. 2nd floor windows have impost string, raised over segmental heads. Rich dentil cornice with occasional corbels. Balustraded parapet with segmental panel in centre bearing date 1873 in husk foliage. Similar treatment to upper return elevations with rich panelled gable end chimneys having carved foliage bands. Square hipped slate roof.
