Description
The water conduit house, located about 20 metres south of the stable block, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of yellow brick with an ashlar front and features a flat roof that is not visible. The building has a square plan and is a single storey.
The central round-arched doorway is recessed and framed by a round-arched chamfered-rusticated surround, which includes keystones and a vermiculated impost band. There is a cornice above the doorway. The right side of the building is blank and also features a returned impost band. The rear has a square-headed moulded blind architrave. On the left side, there is a central recessed round-arched window with louvres and a fanlight, set within a round-arched chamfered-rusticated surround. The interior is not accessible.
