5/137 Water conduit house about 20 metres south of stable block

GV II

Water conduit house. Early C19. Yellow brick with ashlar front, flat roof not visible. Single storey. Square plan. Central round-arched doorway recessed in round-arched chamfered-rusticated surround with keystones and vermiculated impost band. Cornice. Right return is blank, with returned impost band. Rear has square- headed moulded blind architrave. Left return has central recessed round-arched window with louvres and fanlight, set in round-arched chamfered-rusticated surround. Interior not accessible.
