Description

The bridge opposite Clump House, located on Chitterne Road, is a 18th-century structure that carries a former track over Chitterne Brook. It is constructed of dressed limestone and features a brick parapet. The bridge has two segmental arches with keystones and cutwaters on both sides. There is a plat band to the brick parapet, which is topped with pitched stone coping, and it has angled approaches.
