Description

Elm Farm is a detached house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco with chamfered quoins, and has a Bridgwater tiled roof with ceramic ridge cresting and gable end brick stacks. The house is two storeys high and has three windows at the front. A central 6-panelled door is sheltered by a gabled canopy, with 12-pane segmental-headed sash windows on either side. The first floor has three 9-pane segmental-headed sash windows. A two-storey addition was built in the 20th century at the rear, featuring a flat roof. The interior has not been inspected. This building has group value, contributing to the character of the area.
