Description

Pear Tree House is a detached house dating to the late 18th century, with alterations made in the late 19th century. It is constructed of painted English garden wall bond brick, with a tiled roof and gable end brick stacks. The house has two storeys and a three-window front. A central six-panelled door is sheltered by a flat wooden hood, with four-pane segmental-headed sash windows on either side. Three four-pane sashes are located on the first floor. A parallel rear range was added in the late 19th century. The building is included on the list primarily for its group value.
