Description
A pair of early 18th-century cottages, originally part of a row (and formerly listed with Nos 1-7), now combined into a single house. The cottages are constructed of dressed limestone, with a half-hipped tiled roof and an axial brick stack. The two-storey facade has a two-window arrangement. Planked doors are located on the sides of the building, and there are two 2-light casements where mullioned casements originally stood. The first floor also features two 2-light casements. A single-storey 20th-century extension with a tiled roof is present on the right-hand return, incorporating a 2-light casement to the attic. The interior is said to have been altered.
