Description

The coach house at Ashbys, now used as a garage, is constructed from coursed rubblestone with brick dressings and features a half-hipped tiled roof. The front has two 20th-century double planked doors, which are separated by a square brick pier. The left and right sides have segmental-headed openings that lead to the loft. Inside, there is a floored loft and a 2-bay roof supported by a tie-beam truss with raking struts to the principals. This building is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
