This is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, located in Tytherington, Heytesbury. It features a limestone ashlar front with rubble stone returns and a tiled roof that has gable end brick stacks. The building is designed in an 'L' shape and is two storeys high with three windows, all of which are sash windows. The central entrance has a six-panelled door with a fanlight above it, and there is a 19th-century gabled timber porch. On either side of the door are 12-pane flush sash windows set within moulded architraves.

A moulded string course runs along the first floor, where there are three more 12-pane sash windows. The eaves are adorned with a moulded stone cornice. The right side of the building has a single-light casement window on the first floor and in the attic, with a coped verge on the roof. The left side features a 20th-century casement window on the first floor and has an attached single-storey rubble stone outhouse with a half-hipped tiled roof. At the rear, there is an integral outshut to the left and a 19th-century two-storey extension to the right, which has two-light casement windows.

Inside, the farmhouse includes six-panelled doors, window shutters, and an entrance hall with round-arched openings. The front of the property is enhanced by attractive spearhead iron railings on rendered dwarf walls, which have small urn finials on the iron posts and a single central gate.
