Description

22 Boreham Road is a late 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with a gable-lit attic. It features painted coursed rubble construction, a projecting plinth, brick quoins, and an old tile roof with a coped verge, crested ridge, and flanking chimneys. The building has plate glass sash windows, with three on the first floor that have moulded frames, and two tripartite windows on the ground floor topped with a flat pediment, shaped cresting, and facetted key blocks. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door, with the upper two panels glazed, set in a panelled reveal and surrounded by an architrave with a flat moulded hood. Access is provided by three stone steps.
