Description
13 Kingsbury Square is a late 18th-century building that has been altered. It is two storeys high and constructed of painted brick, featuring a brick block eaves cornice. The roof is tiled with a central brick chimney at the ridge. On the first floor, there are three windows, while the ground floor has one window on the right side. The windows are late glazed sashes, and to the left on the ground floor is a modern recessed bow window with three lights, also with late glazed sashes. The doorcase is positioned off-centre to the right and includes fluted half-columns, dentil cornice blocks above, and an open moulded pediment that contains an arched radiating fanlight. The entrance features a six flush panel door with a small replica brass knocker. There is a stucco pier to the left of the building.
