Description
12 Kingsbury Square is a building from the early to mid 19th century. It is two storeys tall and constructed of gault brick, featuring simulated quoins. The first floor has four single-hung windows, while the ground floor has three windows with flat arches. All windows are glazing bar sashes with flush moulded frames. The doorcase is located in the second bay from the right and includes a moulded open pediment, narrow reeded pilasters, and a multi-reeded band across the lintel. The entrance has a six-panel door, with the upper two panels being glazed, and a hoop knocker. The roof is slate with flat eaves, and there is a brick chimney on the left side. To the right, there are two brick gatepiers with simulated rustic bands. The property features a setted carriage path.
