Description
Parkwell Cottage is a late 18th-century building situated on Winkfield Road. It is a two-storey structure built of colour-washed brick, featuring a dentilated and corbelled brick cornice, a parapet with tile coping, and a hipped roof covered in old tile, with flanking chimneys. A two-storey rectangular bay extends to the right, with a three-light sash window on its front face. To the left is a single three-light sash window, and a single sash window is situated centrally on the first floor. The central entrance has a six-panelled flush door within an architrave surround, accompanied by console brackets, a cornice, and a pediment, all sheltered by a hooded porch and a 19th-century match board.
