The building is single storey with an attic and consists of two bays, with an added garage on the right side. Inside, there is a living hall with a gable stack and service rooms located to the left of the central wide door, which has a glazed panel and is situated under an extension of the roof. The cottage has leaded windows and two flush dormers at the front, one of which is blind, as well as two dormers at the rear. The roof is half hipped and extends over the garage.
