SU 16 NW WEST OVERTON LOCKERIDGE DENE (south-east side) 9/147 Far Cottage GV II Cottage. C17-C18. Whitewashed sarsen with thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays with added garage on right. Living hall with gable stack, and service rooms left of door. Central wide door with glazed panel, under extension of roof. Leaded windows. Two flush dormers at front, one being blind, and 2 to rear. Roof half hipped and extended over garage. C20 asbestos roofed extension at rear.
