7/75 Little Toyd Farmhouse

Two cottages, now farmhouse. Late C18 with addition to east of c1800. Flemish bond brick with flint bands, thatched hipped roof with brick stacks. L-plan. 2-storey, 4-window front. C20 door to left, 3-light casement to left, to right are three 2-light casements and one 3-light casement. First floor has four 2-light casements. Rear has half-glazed door, 2-light and 3-light casements to both floors. Interior not accessible at time of survey, but RCHM recorded chamfered ceiling beams with runout stops and fireplace in C18 part with chamfered cambered lintel with runout stops.
