Farmhouse. Early C18 3 bay house extended to left bay 2 bays in mid C19 when it was refenestrated. Red brick with tiled roof and 3 brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys. Original house of 3 bays. 3 sashes with vertical glazing bars only. Brick modillion cornice and plinth. Central C20 plank door with modern hipped tiled porch on wooden piers. 2 bay extension is in matching materials and has similar windows with verticals only and cambered heads to ground floor. Rear elevation has projecting 2 storey portion with 16 pane sashes and outshot. Interior has inglenook fireplace with wooden bressumer, side seats and chamfered spine beam with lambs tongue stops. One or two reused timbers in wall plate at rear of house.
