Description
This small barn, located to the south of the coach house, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed with weatherboarding on a brick plinth and features a half-hipped slate roof. The barn has a central waggon entrance and consists of three bays. The roof is supported by double staggered purlins and Queen posts, with diagonal struts in the wall frame. Adjacent to the barn is a single-storey, two-bay outbuilding, which is weatherboarded at the front and built of brick at the rear, also topped with a slate roof. Inside, the barn has staggered purlins and jowled posts with curved profiles.
