Description
Talk's Farm Cottages is a pair of cottages, with one dating from the 18th century and the other from the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick with brick and flint bands, topped with a thatched roof. Both cottages are two storeys high and have two bays. The left-hand cottage, which is the earlier of the two, features a 20th-century half-glazed door, a two-light casement window in the right-hand bay, and similar windows between the bays and on the first floor in each bay. There is also a cob and thatch lean-to at the left end. The right-hand cottage has a 20th-century half-glazed door in the left-hand bay, with a two-light casement window in the right-hand bay and similar windows between the bays, all under segmental heads. On the first floor, there is a small two-light casement in each bay. Both cottages have end and central stacks.
