Description

Packbridge Cottage is a cottage from the 18th century that has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of rendered cob and painted brick, topped with a thatched roof. The building is one and a half stories high and has three bays, with the right-hand bay rebuilt and projecting forward. There is a 20th-century wing at the rear. The right-hand bay features a plank door beneath a swept-down hood supported by posts. The other bays have two-light casements, and there is a two or three-light eyebrow dormer above the center and right-hand bays, all with leaded lights. The roof is hipped, and there is a stack over the right-hand bay.
