Description

The Old Farmhouse is a house with a core dating from the 17th century, with 18th-century alterations and refenestrated in the 20th century. It features a timber-frame core, is encased in brick, and has some cob, topped with a plain tile roof. The house is oriented with its end facing the road and consists of three bays plus a stack bay, standing two stories high. The front has French windows situated between four-light casements. The central bay includes a plank door beneath a gabled open porch, above which are two two-light casements. The other bay features a ridge stack.
