Description

Harris's Farmhouse is a cottage that originated in the 17th century and was remodeled in the 19th and 20th centuries. It features a timber frame with rendered brick and flint infill, along with an extension, and has a plain tile roof that was formerly thatched. The building is single storey with three main bays and an added bay. On the right side is the added bay, and on the left side of the bay is a plank door situated under a gabled hood, with a 19th-century sloping buttress on each side. Each bay has an irregular two-light casement window. There is a stack located above the door and at the right-hand end of the building.
