Description
The granary located to the west of Jervoise Farmhouse is an early 18th-century structure. It features weatherboarding on a timber frame, supported by staddlestones, and is topped with a corrugated-iron roof. The building consists of three bays and includes a south aisle. There is a central cart entry on the north side that dates from the 20th century. The roof is hipped, with the south aisle having a roof supported by cambered tie-beams. The main roof includes a tie-beam that is braced to jowled main posts, with raking struts to the principals and queen struts leading to clasped purlins and a collar.
