This is a granary located to the north of Newhouse, dating from the early 18th century. It features weatherboarding on a timber frame and stands on staddlestones, topped with a half-hipped tiled roof. The structure consists of three bays, with central double doors on the south side and a planked door on the left return. Inside, the tie-beam roof includes raking struts to the collar and clasped purlins, along with straight bracing to the tie-beam from jowled main posts and straight windbracing.
