Description

Duck Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 17th to 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble with a thatched roof, and it features a 20th-century extension to the right that is weatherboarded and has a tiled roof. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, consisting of three narrow bays and a one-bay extension. The entrance is located in the right bay behind the stack, featuring a boarded door with a thatched canopy. The windows are timber casements with segmental brick heads, and there is a small bow window with a thatched roof. The cottage has one flush dormer and an additional dormer on the extension, along with an axial brick stack positioned in the centre bay.
