Description

22 Oxford Street is a cottage dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed rubble and features a thatched roof. The building has one storey and an attic, with two bays. The front has a lean-to that contains the entrance, which has replaced the original central entrance and now features a window. The ground floor windows are timber casements with segmental heads, while the first floor has flush dormers with leaded casements. There is a stack on the right side, and the thatch is half hipped on the left and swept over the dormers.
