Description
Two cottages located at 9 and 10 Park Street, built in the late 17th century with 20th-century alterations. They are constructed of coursed rubble and feature wooden and concrete lintels, topped with a stone slate roof that has a central ridge and end stone stacks. The cottages are a single-storey and attic block set at right angles to the road. The gable end facing the road has a two-light casement window on the ground floor and a three-light casement window in the attic. There is a gable on the side wall with a plank door below it. The property is enclosed by low dressed stone boundary walls with square gate piers. This listing is primarily for its group value with the nearby cottages at Nos 7 and 8.
