Description

No 3 Park Street is an end-of-row cottage dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with flush rusticated dressed stone quoins, wooden lintels, and features a gabled stone slate roof. The cottage shares a right end stone stack with No 4. It is two stories high and has a two-window south front. The windows consist of 2 and 3-light casements, with the ground floor right window having top lights. The doorway is offset to the right and features a flat hood supported by latticework posts, along with a plank door that has a glazed light. There is a low dressed stone boundary wall. This building is included mainly for its group value with Nos. 4, 5, and 6.
