The building has two bays and is curved in plan, sharing a structure with No. 4. The cottage features a 20-pane sash window in the living room and various other windows. There is a modern door located under a lean-to tiled roof of a porch that is shared with No. 4. The eaves are open, and there is a stack on the party wall. To the left, there is a single-storey outbuilding made of sarsen with a hipped tiled roof. A modern extension has been added to the rear. This cottage is listed for its group value only.
