Cottage. Late C18/early Cl9. Ashlar front with squared rubblestone to rear and return. Welsh slate roof with coped verges and kneelers. Ashlar end stacks. Single pile with outshut to rear. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Central 4 fielded panelled door has flat stone hood on brackets. 12-pane sash either side. Plat band to first floor with 12-pane sashes. Right return has one 12-pane sash to first floor. Rubblestone outshut rear has one storey and attic. 2 windows are 12 and 8-pane sashes. Steeply pitched roof has ashlar stack. Interior not inspected. Ashlar fronted part is rebuilding of earlier cottage which is now the outshot.
