Description

This is a pair of attached houses, now combined and subdivided, dating from the late 18th century. The houses are constructed of rubblestone with ashlar quoins. They have a stone slate roof with ashlar stacks, coped verges, and a saddlestone. The architectural style is Georgian. The building has a 2-span roof covering both the front and a parallel rear range. The front elevation is two storeys high and features a seven-window arrangement. The right side of the front has three 12-pane sash windows, and a door set three steps up to the left. A moulded string course runs along the first floor. The left side of the front has four 12-pane sash windows set in plain architraves. The entrance door, located on the right side of the front, has an enriched pediment and a decorative door case. The rear of the building features an altered 19th-century range and a 20th-century extension. The interior was not inspected.
