Description

No. 14 is a cottage located in Ford Village, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of random rubble with ashlar dressings and features a Welsh slate roof with a brick stack. The cottage is single storey and consists of three bays, with a slightly projecting cross-gabled bay on the right. The central entrance has a panelled door with a three-pane overlight, all set beneath a hoodmould. On either side of the door, there are two-light windows, also under hoodmoulds. The gabled roofs have flat coping and projecting stone eaves, and the ridge stack has been renewed.
