Description

This is a cottage from the early to mid-19th century located in Ford Village. It is constructed of random rubble with ashlar dressings and features a Welsh slate roof with a brick stack. The building is single storey and has three bays, with a slightly projecting cross-gabled bay on the left. The central entrance consists of a boarded door with a three-pane overlight, which is situated under a hoodmould. On either side of the door, there are flanking two-light windows, also under hoodmoulds. The gabled roof has flat coping and projecting stone eaves, and the ridge stack has been renewed.
